Means: This is my first visit to your country
haadhihi = this, 'awwalu = the first, ziyaara = visit, lii = for me,
'ilaa = to, balad = country, -kum = your
The first word, haadhihi, contains a small 'alif (called "dagger 'alif") which usually isn't written, but pronounced. This small 'alif only occurs in a very limited number of words.
Generally, 'alif is written the normal way, like in the word ziyaara, above.
